Primary Responsibilities:

- Effectively communicates with business stakeholders and technical team
- Holds self-accountable for meeting high performance standards and agreed upon commitments
- Takes responsibility for outcomes of actions and decisions
- Identifies and analyzes options and selects course of action based on best fit with desired outcomes
- Troubleshoot complex Incidents and develop skills for future technologies
- Develop POC of new products and define center of excellence for the organization
- Understands all the connected technology services and their impacts
- Assesses ideas in context of maximizing business value
- Assesses design and proposes options to ensure solution meets business needs in terms of security, scalability, reliability and feasibility
- Collaborates with relevant stakeholders to achieve business outcomes
- Recommends ways to mitigate interdependencies
- Shares learnings with others to influence change
- Evaluates symptoms & corelates data to pin-point issue
- Uses prior experience to develop solutions, adapting approach based on feedback
- Evaluates quality processes and seeks opportunities to streamline
- Considers the customer experience, business impact and solution objective when managing risks and development and design of solutions
- Pro-actively identifies patterns in issues and researches root-cause to improve overall quality

Required Qualifications:

- BS in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical role or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Python scripting
- Exposure on any cloud platform like Azure or GCP
- Experience with TDD (Test Driven Development)
- Experience in IaC using terraform
- Experience in Cloud platform

- Database and caching experience, SQL and NoSQL (Postgres, Elasticsearch, or MongoDB a plus)
- Developing/Fully Proficient
- Has responsibility and capability to work multi-platforms
- Ability to interpret policies and applies experience
- Ability to design and builds services to allow them to be automated
- Hands on experience on Jenkins / Apache airflow / FastApi
- Depth knowledge in AI / GenAI / Agentic AI
- Working experience on:

- Source Control

- Continuous Integration

- Good programing and coding skills

- Infrastructure Automation

- Deployment Automation & Orchestration

- Container Concepts

- Container Orchestration

- Public/Private cloud expertise and hands on exposure on application migration to cloud

Preferred Qualifications:

- Hands on experience in implementing AI / GenAI / Agentic AI
- Experience in the Healthcare industry
- Familiar with authorization frameworks like oAuth 2.0, SAML or OpenID Connect
- Moderate familiarity with many technologies and shares this with others
- Ability to drive employee engagement and achieve management effectiveness
- Ability to attract and hire top talent
- Ability to understand and can utilize AI/ML techniques to create advanced monitoring and remediation solutions
- Ability to identify opportunities to use AI/ML technologies
