Job Description We are seeking experienced Salesforce CPQ Developers to join our dynamic technology team. The ideal candidates will have strong hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Billing, and Lightning development. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce-based CPQ solutions that enhance business processes, improve efficiency, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This position requires deep technical expertise in Salesforce platforms, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and Business Analysts to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and implement Salesforce CPQ and Billing solutions based on business requirements. - Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. - Estimate development efforts and provide realistic delivery timelines. - Develop and customize solutions using Apex classes, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), and SOQL/SOSL. - Manage custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process builders. - Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to CPQ and Billing functionalities. - Ensure compliance with best practices in Salesforce development, coding standards, and deployment management. - Participate in unit testing, code reviews, and continuous integration activities. - Maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and release notes. Required Qualifications - 57 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce Billing development. - 35 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Lightning (LWC/Aura). - Strong experience in Force.com development, including Apex Classes, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL queries. - Familiarity with AppExchange products, Data Loader, and integration techniques. - Solid understanding of software engineering methodologies, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum practices. - Proven experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization in Salesforce applications. - Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist certification. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. - Knowledge of Java, J2EE, or web services integration is an added advantage.
