- Address client concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Gather client feedback to enhance service delivery.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to meet client needs.
- Provide insights to internal teams for improved customer experience.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue.
- Develop strategies to expand accounts and meet sales targets.
CRM Management & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate client records and track sales activities in CRM software.
- Generate reports on sales pipeline, performance, and account health.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in sales, IT hardware sales or account managment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset to identify customer needs and develop solutions.
- Experience in strategic account planning and deal closing.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
