Looking for male accounts Executive who have experience of minimum 1 year for our manufacturer and exporter factory located near sriperumbudur Job timing - 10Am - 6Pm Mon-Sat Key Responsibilities Accounts Management Maintain day-to-day accounting entries sales purchases expenses receipts and payments Prepare and update ledgers trial balance and basic financial statements Inventory Management Monitor inward and outward stock movement Maintain accurate inventory records in accounting software Reconcile stock reports with warehouse data Assist in periodic physical stock verification Petty Cash Maintenance Manage petty cash for office and operational expenses Record and reconcile daily petty cash transactions Submit expense reports with proper bills and approvals Salary Payment Disbursement Prepare monthly salary statements and ensure timely disbursement Maintain employee attendance and leave records for payroll processing Handle vendor and supplier payments on time Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Commerce Accounting or Finance 2-4 years of experience in accounting or similar roles manufacturing trading background preferred Proficiency in Tally ERP Zoho Books Excel Basic knowledge of GST TDS and banking operations Skills Required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple tasks independently Integrity and confidentiality in financial dealings Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Sriperumbudur Tamil Nadu Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Experience Account management 1 year Preferred Accounting 1 year Preferred Language English Preferred Work Location In person
