Job Description About RCOR Creatives RCOR Creatives is the dedicated creative and branding wing under RCOR, focused on elevating brand identity through strategic design, compelling storytelling, and high-quality content production. This vertical supports both RCOR's internal initiatives and external clients with: - Brand identity & design - Social media content - Motion graphics & video production - Visual storytelling for marketing and sales - Creative campaigns aligned with business and data insights Role Overview We are seeking a Video & Graphics Editor who can produce short-form and long-form videos, motion graphics, and creative visual content for RCOR Creatives. The ideal candidate understands modern digital storytelling, platform-specific editing styles, and how to bring creative concepts to life visually. This role collaborates with the creative director, marketing team, RCOR's leadership, and client project teams. Key Responsibilities - Video Editing - Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) with platform-appropriate style, pacing, and hooks. - Edit long-form content such as podcasts, interviews, event coverage, tutorials, and brand stories. - Add motion graphics, subtitles, effects, color correction, and sound design. - Repurpose content for multiple aspect ratios and platforms. - Graphics & Creative Design - Design static graphics, motion graphics, thumbnails, and campaign visuals. - Support branding projects with design assets as needed. - Create storyboards and visual concepts for video projects. - Content Production Workflow - Collaborate with RCOR and RCOR Creatives teams to understand project briefs. - Maintain structured editing workflow and media management. - Deliver projects on time, ensuring high quality and consistency with the RCOR brand. Requirements - Technical Skills - Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator. - Experience with motion graphics, typography, color grading, and audio cleanup. - Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro is a plus. Experience - Proven experience in short-form and long-form video editing. - Strong portfolio showcasing reels, YouTube videos, motion graphics, and design work. - Experience in creative agencies or content-heavy environments preferred. Soft Skills - High attention to detail and creative eye. - Ability to work under tight deadlines. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Willingness to take feedback and iterate quickly.
