- The Cash Application Specialist will be responsible for performing daily activities such as bank account reconciliation, cash application for customer and general ledger accounts.
- Your goal will be to deliver all activities in a timely manner and with the required quality. You will be supporting projects, including process standardization-related as well as tools implementation ones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and drive growth.
- Continuously direct and coach team members.
- Analyze operational metrics and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure monthly systems are in place to achieve Allocation goals.
- Stakeholder management
- Understand process nuances to achieve enhancements.
- Fostering productivity
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects on time.
- Proven experience in a management role, with a track record of leading successful teams and projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization.
- Solid understanding of business operations, project management methodologies, and industry trends.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Written and spoken English
- Very good communication skills

- Microsoft Office tools proficiency
- Knowledge of LEAN methodology is a benefit
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in SAP (plus)
- 7+ years of working experience (at least 1 year experience in Cash Application activities)
- Experience with process improvement and root cause analysis would be a plus
- Experience in GBS environment & experience in handling a team
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics, or other similar studies
