Job Overview The Back Office Executive plays a critical role in supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the business The role involves administrative tasks data entry record management and assisting front-office teams to enhance operational efficiency Key Responsibilities Data Entry and Management Accurately enter update and maintain company records databases and spreadsheets Document Handling Organize and manage company documents including invoicing contracts and other paperwork Communication Support Handle internal communication between departments and assist with customer inquiries where applicable Reporting Prepare regular reports related to operational processes inventory sales or other specific functions as required Inventory Management Maintain and track inventory ensuring stock levels are managed efficiently Customer Support Assist customer service teams in resolving issues or updating client information Process Improvement Suggest and implement improvements in administrative processes to increase efficiency and accuracy Database Management Ensure the company s data and records are secure organized and up to date Skills and Qualifications Education High school diploma bachelor s degree preferred Experience 1-3 years of experience in administrative or back-office roles preferred Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excel Word Outlook and knowledge of office management systems CRM ERP systems etc Organizational Skills Strong ability to manage multiple tasks prioritize and meet deadlines Attention to Detail High level of accuracy in data entry document handling and reporting Communication Skills Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with teams and clients Problem-Solving Ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions Working Conditions Office-based role with standard working hours Monday to Friday 9 AM - 6 PM Some flexibility in work hours may be available based on business requirements This position is ideal for candidates looking to develop their administrative skills while contributing to the efficient functioning of the organization Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Schedule Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Work Location In person
