Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Guided Sourcing Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite with a focus on Guided Sourcing. The role involves end-to-end sourcing process design, implementation, and integration with SAP ERP/S4 HANA systems to streamline procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and support SAP Ariba Guided Sourcing solutions across projects.
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of sourcing processes (RFx, Auctions, Supplier Management).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Ariba solutions.
- Support end-to-end Sourcing projects including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
- Ensure smooth integration with ERP systems (SAP ECC / S4 HANA).
- Conduct workshops, prepare functional documents, and deliver user training.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Guided Sourcing and sourcing modules.
- Stay updated with new features in Ariba Guided Sourcing and share best practices with the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 4+ years of experience in SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite, with at least 2+ years in Guided Sourcing.
- Strong knowledge of Sourcing, Contract Management, and Supplier Lifecycle Performance modules.
- Hands-on experience with configuration, templates, event creation (RFx, Auctions), and workflows in Guided Sourcing.
- Understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process and integration points.
- Experience in working with SAP ECC or S/4 HANA integration.
- Strong communication, client interaction, and problem-solving skills.
- Certification in SAP Ariba (Sourcing/Procurement) is an added advantage.

Good to Have:

- Knowledge of Ariba Contracts, Ariba Buying & Invoicing.
- Exposure to upstream & downstream Ariba modules.
- Previous experience in global implementation/rollout projects.
