We are looking for a Product & Solution Security Professional You'll make a difference by: - Key Responsibilities: - Lead R&D Projects: Own end-to-end research and development for security features in industrial products and solutions. - Security Architecture & Design: Define and implement secure design principles for hardware, software, and embedded systems. - Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to cybersecurity standards (IEC 62443, ISO 27001) and regulatory requirements. - Risk Assessment: Conduct threat modeling, vulnerability analysis, and propose mitigation strategies. - Collaboration: Work closely with product development, system architects, and global security teams to integrate security into the product lifecycle. - Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and contribute to building organizational security competence. - Documentation & Reporting: Prepare technical reports, design specifications, and present findings to senior stakeholders. - Required Qualifications - Education: Bachelor or Master's in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field. - Experience: 10+ years in R&D with at least 5 years in product security or industrial cybersecurity. - Skills: - Strong knowledge of secure software development, cryptographic algorithms, and embedded security. - Familiarity with IEC 62443, ISO 27001, and secure coding practices. - Proficiency in security testing tools. - Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication abilities. - Preferred Qualifications - Experience with industrial automation, IoT security, or cloud-edge security. - Patent filings or published research in cybersecurity. - Hands-on experience with secure hardware modules and PKI infrastructure.
