Senior Graphic Designer Location: Flexible (Remote or On-Site) Job Type: Full-time/ Freelance/ Monthly Retainer Company Overview: TZÁR is a contemporary lifestyle brand defining the future of quiet luxury and refined minimalism in fashion. Role Summary: The Graphic Designer will be a key steward of the TZÁR visual identity, responsible for creating all digital and print assets used by our Ads & Performance Marketing Agency. This role demands a sophisticated eye for design, a deep appreciation for luxury aesthetics, and the ability to translate the brand’s minimalist philosophy into compelling, high-quality visuals. Work Model: This is a flexible role, We are looking for a full time employee but we are fine with a freelancer who is talented and driven to meet our timelines. We are also fine with agencies who can work on our graphic designs only on a monthly retainer model. Roles and Responsibilities: Digital & E-commerce Design for ADS ONLY * Social Media AD Content: Design and produce all visual assets for social media Ads (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)& google advertisements. Maintain a clean, sophisticated, and unified visuals as per the scripts and references provided by our Performance Marketing Agency. * Email Marketing: Create visually compelling, mobile-responsive email campaigns, including promotional emails, product drops, and brand storytelling newsletters, all scripts will be provided by our agency, sometimes it will be adapts or resizing. * Website & Advertising: Design high-quality banners, headers, and campaign-specific landing page graphics for the e-commerce platform. Develop static and animated banner ads for digital acquisition channels. * Video Support: Design typography and graphic overlays for video content, ensuring consistency with the brand's minimal and polished style. Brand Identity & Print Collateral * Brand Governance: Act as a guardian of the TZÁR visual identity. Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines regarding typography, color palettes, spacing, and photographic style across all mediums. * Lookbooks & Line Sheets: Design and layout elegant, editorial-quality digital and print lookbooks, seasonal catalogs, and internal line sheets. * Packaging & Print Assets: Prepare final print files for all physical brand materials, including product tags, labels, brand cards, and premium packaging elements. Manage the relationship with external printers to ensure color and material quality meet luxury standards. Qualifications * Experience: 5 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating work in luxury fashion, premium lifestyle, or minimalist design. * Aesthetic Alignment: A proven ability to work within a minimalist, high-end, and classic aesthetic. A sophisticated understanding of the "quiet luxury" visual language is essential. * Technical Proficiency: Expert level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator). Experience with motion graphics (After Effects) or web design tools (Figma/Sketch) is a strong advantage. * Soft Skills: * Exceptional attention to detail in all deliverables. * Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a hybrid work environment. * Excellent communication skills, able to articulate design choices and collaborate effectively with marketing and creative leadership.
