Responsibilities - Assist in processing banking transactions and maintaining accurate records. - Support the team in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues related to banking operations. - Participate in the reconciliation of accounts and ensure compliance with banking regulations. - Help in the preparation of reports and documentation for internal and external audits. - Collaborate with different departments to streamline banking operations. Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong understanding of banking operations and financial products. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Word. - Good analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
