OR - Minimum 5 years of service in Senior Scale in the Civil Engineering Department of: - Indian Railways, RITES, IRCON, RVNL, or - Equivalent roles in Konkan Railway, MRVC, DFCCIL, or - JVs/SPVs under the Ministry of Railways, or any Metro Rail Corporation.
