Job Title: Informatica Lead Location: Chennai/Hyderabad/Bangalore/ Remote Experience: 8–10 years overall | 5+ years in Informatica & team leadership Budget: Open to discuss Notice Period: Immediate joiner/ Serving notice with less than 60 days/Notice is less than 60 days About the Role We are seeking a strong Informatica Lead to manage data integration and data quality initiatives across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will lead development teams, design robust ETL solutions, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality data pipelines using Informatica technologies. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end development of ETL/ELT solutions using Informatica PowerCenter / IICS / IDQ. - Guide and mentor data engineering teams; perform code reviews and enforce best practices. - Translate business requirements into scalable data integration designs and workflows. - Develop and optimize mappings, transformations, and reusable components. - Ensure data quality, governance, metadata management, and standardization practices. - Collaborate with architects, analysts, and business teams to deliver high-quality data solutions. - Troubleshoot performance issues and implement tuning strategies. - Coordinate with cloud, database, and platform teams for integration with Azure/AWS/GCP or on-prem systems. - Manage delivery timelines, task allocation, and technical documentation. Required Skills & Experience - 8–10 years in data integration, data engineering, or ETL development. - 5+ years hands-on with Informatica (PowerCenter, IICS, or IDQ). - Strong experience building and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines. - Solid SQL and database knowledge (Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake, etc.). - Experience in data quality, governance, and metadata processes. - Strong leadership, communication, and team-coordination skills. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with Informatica Cloud (IICS) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). - Exposure to Informatica MDM or 360 applications. - Knowledge of CI/CD, automation, and DevOps for ETL pipelines. - Informatica certifications (PowerCenter, IICS, IDQ) are a plus.
