We are looking for an experienced Oracle Finance Costing Consultant to join our team and contribute to delivering excellence in financial transformation and cost management projects. Role Overview: The Oracle Finance Costing Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle Financial applications with a strong focus on Cost Management and Financial Modules. This role demands a deep understanding of costing methodologies, financial processes, and Oracle ERP solutions, along with the ability to work collaboratively across functional and technical teams. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement of Oracle Finance Costing modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements. - Perform costing analysis, cost structure design, and financial modeling to support business decision-making. - Configure and customize Oracle applications to meet business needs and ensure seamless integration across financial systems. - Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support to enhance adoption and process efficiency. - Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across costing modules and related financial systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, SCM, Operations, and IT) to streamline costing and accounting processes. - Develop and maintain financial and cost performance reports and dashboards for management visibility. - Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in financial processes and system functionalities. Qualifications: - Educational Background: MBA (Finance) / CA / CMA / ICWA / M.Com or equivalent. - Experience: Minimum 6+ years of consulting experience in Oracle Finance with at least 2 end-to-end implementations focused on Costing modules. - Strong understanding of accounting principles, cost accounting, and financial analytics. - Proficiency in Oracle Cost Management, Oracle Financials Cloud / EBS, and related modules. - Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines. - Preferred Certifications: Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or equivalent.
