We specialize in premium, large-scale weddings across Bangalore and South India — blending creativity, precision, and flawless execution. If you’re passionate about wedding planning, event management, and design, and want to grow in a positive, employee-first culture, we’d love to have you on our team. ✨ What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) - Act as the single point of contact for assigned wedding clients. - Manage all client communications, updates, and follow-ups. - Meet clients at event venues, residences, or our office. - Design mood boards and décor concepts using Canva or other tools. - Prepare budgets and event plans using Google Sheets. - Coordinate with the on-ground team on event days for seamless execution. - Manage logistics and guest coordination (as per the client’s package). - 🎯 What We’re Looking For - Minimum 2 years of experience in full wedding planning (proof of employment/recommendation required). - Must be a resident of Bangalore/Mangalore - Must own a laptop and a two-wheeler for client and venue visits. - Fluent in English and Hindi (regional languages are a bonus). - - Excellent skills in: - Canva or other design tools - PowerPoint / Google Slides - Excel / Google Sheets ⚠️ Important This role requires occasional travel and late-night coordination during events.
