Job Description:

Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Location: Pan India

Experience: 5+ yrs.

Employment Type: Contract to hire

Work Mode: Remote

Notice Period: - Immediate joiners

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

• Experience with JAVA/ JavaScript/Python/.NET development

• 6+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud technologies, especially experience with Interaction Studio (Personalization)
• Knowledge of object-oriented and functional software design.
• Hands on experience with building server to server campaign, Mobile SDK and Web SDK.

• Prior experience with knowledge of Git and GitHub.
• Understanding of Software Development Methodologies.
• Understanding of security best practices

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; able to dig in on technical issues, understanding the flow of data and quickly identify and resolve at the point of the problem

• Strong collaboration skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization and CDP/Data Cloud capabilities, features, and best practices.

• Solution Architecture: Experience in designing scalable, secure, and maintainable end-to-end solutions.

• Integration: Proficiency in ensuring seamless data flow and integration between systems.

• Code Review and Guidance: Ability to conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to development teams.

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to present and vet solution designs with architecture teams and review boards.
