We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours Location : Noida [Hybrid -On-site specify as needed] Employment Type: Full-time About The Role We're looking for a Frontend Engineering Manager with strong technical expertise in JavaScript and React to lead our frontend team in building fast, scalable, and user-friendly web applications. You'll combine hands-on technical leadership with people management to guide engineers, improve frontend architecture, and ensure the delivery of high-quality products. Responsibilities - Lead, mentor, and grow a team of frontend engineers working primarily with React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to define technical direction and project goals. - Drive frontend architecture decisions, ensuring performance, accessibility, and maintainability. - Review code, provide feedback, and uphold high engineering standards. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation. - Help define and track key metrics related to frontend performance and developer productivity. - Participate in hiring and onboarding new team members. - Stay current with emerging frontend technologies and best practices. Requirements - 5+ years of experience in frontend development using JavaScript and React. - 2+ years of experience leading or managing engineering teams. - Strong understanding of modern frontend architectures, state management (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Recoil), and build tools (Webpack, Vite, etc.). - Experience with TypeScript, RESTful APIs, and/or GraphQL. - Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Passion for mentoring engineers and improving team processes. Nice to Have - Experience with Next.js, React Native, or Node.js. - Background in design systems or component libraries. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and frontend testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress). - Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies.
