Job Description Role: Associate Creative Director Copy Location: Mumbai | Experience: 710 Years We're looking for an experienced, creative, and detail-oriented Associate Creative Director Copy to shape and elevate our content and communication strategies across industries and platforms. If you have a flair for storytelling, strategy, and brand voice, with proven experience in conceptual copywriting and integrated campaigns, this role is your chance to lead, inspire, and deliver award-worthy work. As ACD Copy, you'll be the driving force behind big ideas and powerful words. You'll lead creative ideation, mentor copy teams, collaborate with art, design, and strategy partners, and ensure that every piece of communication not only looks good but works hard for the brand. Key Responsibilities: Strategy, Research & Insights - Interpret client briefs to create communication aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals. - Conduct market, consumer, and competitor research to uncover insights. - Translate strategic thinking into compelling campaign narratives. Creative Conceptualization & Content Development - Lead ideation sessions to deliver integrated campaign ideas. - Craft persuasive content across formats: ads, scripts, articles, social media, emailers, banners, search ads. - Build storytelling-led strategies for pitches, influencer campaigns, and integrated marketing initiatives. Campaign & Client Collaboration - Partner with art, design, strategy, client servicing, and video teams for seamless execution. - Confidently present ideas to clients and internal stakeholders. - Play a key role in new business pitches and brand narratives. Team Leadership & Mentorship - Lead and inspire copywriters at various levels. - Provide constructive feedback and ensure creative excellence. - Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture. Content Optimization & Trends - Adapt messaging for diverse audiences, platforms, and goals. - Stay ahead of digital, cultural, and social trends to keep ideas fresh. - Uphold the highest standards of grammar, clarity, and creativity. Requirements & Qualifications: Experience & Expertise - 710+ years in advertising, brand communication, or digital/mainline agencies. - Strong track record in conceptual copywriting and integrated campaigns. - Industry exposure across domains; BFSI experience is a plus. - Expertise in digital-first campaigns, social content, scriptwriting, influencer marketing. Language & Communication - Exceptional written and verbal skills in English & Hindi. - Ability to tailor messaging for diverse markets. Leadership & Skills - Proven ability to mentor and lead creative teams. - Strong storytelling, ideation, and problem-solving mindset. - Excellent under pressure and thrives on tight deadlines. - Confident with client presentations and pitches.
