Technology Program Manager

Location Bangalore India Hybrid Employment Type Full-Time Reports To Director of Data EngineeringRole Overview We are seeking an expert Technical Program Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of a critical initiative sought at modernizing our enterprise data warehouse using Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric This role requires a blend of agile leadership technical acumen and team member management to ensure the successful execution of this critical project xe2x80x8bKey Responsibilities Program Leadership Be responsible for the planning execution and delivery of the data warehouse modernization project ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines xe2x80x8bxe2x80x8bStakeholder Engagement Collaborate with business partners data engineers and architects to capture requirements handle expectations and ensure visibility throughout the project lifecycle xe2x80x8bTechnical Oversight Work closely with technical teams to ensure the architecture and implementation align with standard methodologies for Azure and Microsoft Fabric xe2x80x8bRisk Management Identify potential risks and impediments proactively addressing them to minimize impact on project delivery xe2x80x8bReporting Maintain clear and concise documentation of project progress including status reports dashboards and metrics to advise partners and leadership xe2x80x8bQualifications Education Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science Information Technology or related field xe2x80x8bExperience Minimum of 8 years in program project management roles with at least 3 years in agile environments xe2x80x8bTechnical Proficiency Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services e g Azure Data Factory Azure Synapse Analytics and Microsoft Fabric xe2x80x8bCertifications Certified Scrum Master CSM or equivalent agile certification preferred xe2x80x8bTools Proficiency in project management and agile tools such as Azure DevOps Jira or similar platforms xe2x80x8bSoft Skills Superb communication leadership and problem-solving skills Ability to work closely in a multi-functional multicultural environment Why Join
