Responsibilities Provide 2nd level support for SAP FI CO users Assist in troubleshooting within the SAP FI CO environment Provide excellent customer service to SAP users communicating timely and professionally Analyze and optimize moderately complex business processes in Finance and Controlling Perform customizing activities to tailor SAP to the client s business processes Perform testing documentation and user training Assist in the development implementation and support of SAP FI CO process templates in SAP Contribute to the further development of SAP solutions and innovative services Contribute to the design and execution of SAP projects Requirements Experience functional technical skills interpersonal competencies Initial experience with SAP FI CO e g through internships student jobs or training Knowledge of financial and accounting business processes is required Analytical thinking and a structured approach to work Team player with strong communication skills organizational skills and willingness to learn First working experience with servers is a plus Knowledge of PC standard applications MS Office Very good command of English written and spoken Qualifications Masters Degree in Finance Accounting or related field or Bachelor s Degree with Finance Accounting or equivalent degree with 1-2 years of experience in related field or Degree in Business Informatics Business Administration or a comparable qualification
