Job Summary:

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for executing high-quality visuals—ranging from marketing creatives and digital ads to product feature videos and motion graphics. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to bring ideas to life while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, deadlines, and evolving requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design visuals for digital campaigns, landing pages, emailers, social media, infographics, one-pagers, and internal communications.
- Edit and produce marketing and feature videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Create motion graphics and animations that enhance storytelling and communicate product value.
- Translate input briefs into visually compelling outputs with a strong understanding of hierarchy, spacing, typography, and composition.
- Adapt quickly to changing creative requirements and feedback.
- Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure final assets meet brand expectations and campaign goals.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Coming from a reputed design institute with a strong educational foundation is preferred.
- 2-6 years of experience, preferably in a technology-first or B2B SaaS company.
- Experience working on content tailored to technical or enterprise audiences is a plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite—Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Strong video editing and motion graphic skills with a clear sense of narrative flow and visual storytelling.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing work across graphic design and video/motion content.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset.
