Our vision is to become India's most trusted venue booking platform by simplifying the search, negotiation, and booking process for both B2C clients and B2B partners. We offer curated listings of verified banquet halls, luxury hotels, farmhouses, and event spaces with transparent pricing and real-time availability. Our experienced venue consultants provide expert assistance to ensure every event is unforgettable. Role Description This is an on-site internship role for a Venue Expert located in Sadar. The Venue Expert will be responsible for assisting clients in discovering and booking premium venues, coordinating with venue partners, and ensuring a seamless booking process. Daily tasks include maintaining venue listings, providing customer service, conducting venue tours, negotiating booking terms, and collaborating with the marketing team to promote available venues. Qualifications - Customer service and client relations skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Organizational and multitasking abilities - Knowledge of the events and hospitality industry - Proficiency in using tech-enabled platforms and tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience in sales or marketing is a plus - Enthusiasm for event planning and coordination
