Job Description This is not project management as usual. You'll be leading teams building AI systems that talk, think, and respond like humans. We're developing cutting-edge Conversational AI platforms, intelligent contact centers, and on-prem AI solutions for governments and enterprises. As the Project Manager & Scrum Master, you'll orchestrate multi-disciplinary teams AI engineers, speech scientists, designers, and DevOps experts to deliver products that operate at the edge of what's possible. You'll turn high-level innovation into structured, executable milestones, driving delivery with speed, focus, and discipline. Every sprint moves the needle in redefining how nations, institutions, and people interact with AI. Key Responsibilities - Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of Conversational AI and Voice Platform projects. - Manage Agile sprints define deliverables, run ceremonies, track KPIs. - Translate complex AI requirements into clear technical tasks and delivery milestones. - Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams (AI, speech, infra, design, QA) across regions (UAE, India). - Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early and drive resolution. - Maintain full project documentation sprint burndowns, velocity charts, and reports for leadership. - Ensure compliance, data governance, and regulatory readiness in deployments. - Report regularly to leadership on progress, delays, and capacity planning. Preferred Project Experience - Managed large-scale AI or SaaS deployments from prototype to production. - Delivered complex, multi-team projects involving LLMs, NLP, or speech systems. - Experience handling hybrid deployments (cloud + on-prem GPU infra). - Worked in Agile/Scaled Agile frameworks and familiar with Jira/ClickUp/Notion/Linear. - Coordinated distributed development teams across time zones. Minimum Qualification - Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Project Management. Preferred Qualification - Master's in Technology Management, AI Systems Engineering, or MBA with Tech specialization. - Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) or Agile Practitioner (PMI-ACP). - Bonus: Technical certifications or prior hands-on experience in AI/ML or SaaS environments.
