Role Description

As the City Head for Real Estate PropMart in Pune , you will be responsible for overseeing the complete sales operations in the city. Your role will involve leading a sales team, collaborating with the marketing team for effective lead management, building strong networks with developers, and coaching people managers to develop leadership skills.

Sales Management:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and analyses data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Team Management:

- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to team members to help them achieve their targets and professional growth.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and accountability.

Marketing Collaboration:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive lead generation and conversion.
- Ensure seamless integration between sales and marketing efforts to maximize lead management effectiveness.

Relationship Building with Developers:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with developers and key stakeholders in the real estate industry.
- Conduct regular meetings and negotiations with developers to secure favorable terms, inventory, and partnerships.

People Development:Coach and mentor people managers within the sales team to develop their leadership skills and managerial capabilities.

- Provide guidance on effective team management, performance evaluation, and employee development initiatives.

Qualifications

- Minimum bachelors degree in any relevant field.
- At least 8 Years of experience, (5 years in people management role)
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

Relevant Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving results and achieving targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and functions to achieve common goals.
