Job Description Career Details We are looking for a detail-oriented associate sales administrator to join our Calicut Cyberpark office. Should have prior experience (1-2 years) and be able to support our sales team by managing administrative tasks in all effectiveness. Key Responsibilities - Streamline Sales Documentation Tracking:Maintain and update the sales proposals and documents tracker to ensure timely and accurate delivery. - Accurate Data Management:Enter and maintain relevant data in the system to ensure accuracy, organization, and seamless accessibility. - Reporting and Presentation Assistance:Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations as required. - Administrative Support:Provide administrative support to the sales team to facilitate smooth communication and workflow. - Enhance Team Efficiency:Support the sales team with various ad-hoc tasks to optimize overall operational efficiency. - Effective Team Communication:Facilitate seamless collaboration between internal teams, including the technical team, consultants, and project management, to ensure the successful completion of lead-related tasks. Expected Qualifications - Possess good communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to adapt and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. - Proficient in basic computer applications (Google docs,Google sheet etc.). - Any educational background or stream is acceptable. - CS background candidates are preferred.
