Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director US Sales to lead our sales operations in the US market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, driving revenue growth, and managing key client relationships. This role requires a strong background in IT sales, proven leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team focused on the US market.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiations, and closures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to enhance go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and industry regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focusing on the US market.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in IT services, SaaS, or technology sales.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- In-depth understanding of US sales processes, customer behavior, and market dynamics.
- Experience in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales analytics.
- Ability to work in a night shift and manage remote teams efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
- Experience in enterprise sales and account management.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends.
