Job Description We are looking for an experienced Associate Technical Architect specializing in Sterling OMS to join our team. This role involves spearheading the implementation, customization, and maintenance of Sterling OMS versions 9.4 and 10. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of order management systems to drive project success and meet client requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation and customization of Sterling OMS 9.4 and 10 to meet project-specific requirements. - Optimize processes in order fulfillment and inventory management for improved operational efficiency. - Design and execute integrations with ERP systems and logistics platforms for seamless workflows. - Define system traces, calculate estimated dates, and deliver tailored customizations per customer needs. - Ensure the system adheres to performance benchmarks and operational standards. - Lead and mentor the development team to ensure quality delivery and adherence to best practices. - Collaborate closely with business, technical, and project stakeholders to align solutions with organizational objectives. Required Skills & Expertise: - Extensive hands-on experience in implementing Sterling OMS versions 9.4 and 10. - Expertise in order fulfillment and inventory management processes. - Strong experience in ERP and logistics system integrations. - Proficiency in defining system traces and calculating estimated delivery dates. - Ability to customize solutions to meet client-specific needs. - Proven leadership skills with experience in guiding and mentoring technical teams.
