We are seeking Business Associate for our CEO office – to support the Founders and CEO in detailing and executing on key strategic and high impact priorities for the company. As our Business Associate (CEO’s Office), you will be: • Closely working with the Founders and CEO of Magic Billion • Collaborate with strategic team members across key departments in sales, marketing, training, operations etc. • Research & Analysis of high-priority projects surrounding corporate strategy & development. • Synthesize & share compelling recommendations from your research & analysis. • Support & facilitate CEO’s communications & presentations – client presentations, potential investors etc. • Optimise Office of CEO’s priorities by managing CEO’s time, making capacity-balancing decisions, and improve processes. • Ensure strategy meetings are organized & conducted effectively. • Responsible for documenting & hold stakeholders accountable on strategic decisions. Essential Skills • Maximum of 2-3 years of experience; • MBA from a Top Institution • Written and verbal communication skills, including power point presentations; • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, to understand complex situations and propose practical solutions; • Predisposition to team working; • Ability to prioritize multiple deliverables to meet deadlines; goal-oriented; • Strategic minded, strong interpersonal and organizational skills; • Ability to work with a remote CEO (based in London) – position is based out of Noida, India.
