Date Posted August 25 2025 Location SCO 355 Sector 9 Panchkula PKL Department Marketing Reports To Principal Architect Working Hours 10 00 AM - 7 00 PM Work Days Monday to Saturday Leaves 2 paid leaves per month Salary 20 000 per month up to Position Purpose We are looking for Marketing executive to manage the design formatting and delivery of all print and digital communication materials for the firm This role is ideal for a fresher with an MBA especially those with an interest in content creation marketing materials and brand presentation Key Responsibilities Print Digital Material Design Design and format brochures portfolios flyers and other internal documents Prepare print-ready files for vendors printers Maintain visual consistency with the firm s branding Publication Management Organize content text images drawings for brochures and presentations Work with architects and team members to collect visuals and data Maintain an archive of all marketing and publication materials Vendor Printing Coordination Coordinate with external print vendors Handle quotations samples and print job tracking Presentation Proposal Support Assist in creating professional presentations for clients and exhibitions Ensure materials are accurate and visually appealing Administrative Support Track printed material inventory Maintain internal records of print jobs and costs Qualifications Education MBA Marketing preferred - Required Experience 0-2 years in marketing publications or graphic content experience in an architecture design firm is a plus Languages Proficiency in Hindi and English Punjabi is a plus Skills Required Basic design and formatting Canva InDesign Illustrator etc Eye for detail and visual layout Strong coordination and time management Clear verbal and written communication Compensation Work Environment Salary 20 000 upto Leaves 2 paid leaves per month Schedule Monday to Saturday Shift 10 00 AM - 7 00 PM Day Shift Work Mode In-person Panchkula Haryana Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month
