Job Title Digital Marketing Associate Location Gandhinagar Company ONLINELR About ONLINELR ONLINELR is a results-driven digital marketing agency dedicated to helping businesses grow through data-backed strategies and cutting-edge digital solutions We specialize in performance marketing SEO and web optimization to deliver measurable ROI for clients across global markets ONLINELR is seeking a Digital Marketing Associate with hands-on experience in Google Ads Meta Ads and SEO to manage and optimize digital campaigns for international clients The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills a strategic mindset and the ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive business results Key Responsibilities Plan execute and optimize Google Ads Meta Ads and SEO campaigns to meet performance and ROI targets Analyze campaign metrics and performance data using Google Analytics and other tools to generate insights and recommendations Understand client business models goals and market landscapes to create tailored marketing strategies Monitor and manage ad budgets across channels ensuring optimal spend allocation and cost efficiency Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities and improve campaign effectiveness Implement A B testing monitor results and apply learnings to enhance campaign performance Identify and troubleshoot campaign issues analyzing root causes and recommending data-driven solutions Prepare and present performance reports insights and recommendations to internal teams and clients Collaborate with the web and creative teams to optimize landing pages basic knowledge of WordPress preferred Stay up to date with the latest platform updates algorithm changes and digital marketing trends Requirements Proven experience managing Google Ads Meta Ads and SEO campaigns Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics Google Tag Manager and related tools Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics conversion tracking and ROI analysis Ability to manage multiple projects budgets and timelines efficiently Strong communication and presentation skills Basic understanding of WordPress for landing page optimization Passion for digital marketing and continuous learning Preferred Qualifications Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications Experience working with international clients or global campaigns Knowledge of additional platforms LinkedIn Ads YouTube Ads etc is a plus Why Join ONLINELR Opportunity to work with diverse international clients Collaborative and growth-oriented work environment Exposure to cutting-edge digital tools and strategies Competitive compensation and career advancement opportunities Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Paid sick time Work Location In person
