Responsibilities:

- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other performance platforms.

- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve KPIs, including CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.

- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and audience segments to improve performance outcomes.

- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, and platform dashboards.

- Perform keyword research and develop SEO strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Optimize website content, landing pages, blogs, and metadata to improve search rankings and organic visibility.

- Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to site health, speed, and indexing.

- Build high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building strategies and partnerships.

- Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools such as GA4, and Google Search Console.

- Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms.

- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and foster community engagement.

- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics.

- Manage Online Reputation Management (ORM) by addressing customer queries, feedback, and negative comments promptly and professionally.
