Job Description Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (IT Recruitment) Timings:- 3pm - 12am Experience: 1 yr - 2 yr Location: Remote About the Role: We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition to join our Human Resources department and oversee our full-cycle recruiting. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company's current and future hiring needs. Key Responsibilities: - Handle full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, offer management, and onboarding. - Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder). - Working closely with hiring managers and the team leads to understanding job requirements and delivering quality candidates. - Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. - Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintain accurate candidate records. - Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Requirements: - Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment independently. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Experience with ATS and recruitment tools is a plus.
