Job Description About the company Dashtoon is a seed-stage startup backed by marquee investors, including Matrix and Stellaris. We are on a mission to reinvent comic creation and consumption using generative AI for the Western audience. Our vision sets us on a path to being the best in AI research, product design, content creation, and building the most innovative creator community. About the Role As an Associate Producer, you will work on multiple comics, from conceptualizing characters to producing digital comics for the platform. You will manage a team of storyboard artists, illustrators, and AI image creators. Our focus consumer market would be the US. Your Part - Life-cycle management of Comics Production. - Collaborate with creative, technical, and production teams. - Communicate on an executive level and to the external partners. - Manage expectations for stakeholders regarding the performance of content. - Analyse user data and make appropriate decisions Mandatory Skills - Experience in end-to-end execution of fictional content. - Curiosity to learn and adopt AI technologies. - Managing multiple projects, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines and expectations. - Problem-solving approach. Nice to Have - Formal education in fine arts, film, or cinema. - Prior experience in media and entertainment. - Understanding of the content production process. - Experience in AI tools. Selection Process - 30-45 minute separate interviews with 2 members of the founding team. - Evaluation Case study.
