Job Description

Position: Marketing Intern

Location: Onsite

Duration: [36 months Internship]

Department: Marketing

We are seeking a Marketing Intern with a strong interest in market research, business intelligence, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate should have a background in Marketing and Finance, coupled with analytical curiosity to uncover insights that shape our business and marketing strategies.

This internship provides exposure to competitive analysis, consumer insights, financial trend mapping, and market opportunity identification, helping the candidate build a strong foundation for a career in marketing strategy and intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking to identify industry trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Support in preparing market intelligence reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Assist in analyzing customer behavior, pricing strategies, and financial performance indicators.
- Work with the marketing and finance teams to align market data with business strategy.
- Track and report on industry news, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies impacting our business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic projects and campaigns.

Requirements

- Background in Marketing, Finance, or Business Administration (Bachelors or Masters student).
- MBA students from MDI, FMS, IMT Ghaziabad, or IIMs are preferred.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and research databases (knowledge of tools like Tableau/Power BI is a plus).
- Good communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear manner.
- Curiosity and eagerness to explore market dynamics, consumer trends, and business insights.
