We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

- Development Skills: Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java.
- AI/ML Experience:Proven experience in AI and machine learning, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- NLP Skills:Experience with natural language processing (NLP) technologies, including LangChain.
- Problem-Solving:Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex challenges.
- Collaboration:Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Data Security: A strong commitment to maintaining data privacy and security standards.

Requirements

Qualifications - External

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements

- Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or related field
- 10+ Years minimum experience in IT
- Strong backend development skills with hands-on experience in REST API development using FastAPI, Django, and Flask
- Proven ability to design and implement APIs that can manage multiple concurrent connections with low latency
- Proficiency in frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Loki, Jaeger, OpenTelemetry)
- Familiarity with distributed tracing, log aggregation, and metrics collection
- Knowledge of security best practices (authentication, authorization, RBAC, secure coding)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Ability to design and build dashboards for real-time and historical data
- Scripting skills (Python, Bash, etc.) for automation and integration
- Understanding of audit trail requirements, compliance, and data privacy
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
