Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and creative Digital Marketing Executive to lead and manage LLama Research s digital marketing initiatives The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies creating high-quality digital assets such as carousels videos and reels and enhancing the company s brand presence across online platforms Key Responsibilities Digital Strategy Execution Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives Manage content calendars campaign timelines and performance tracking Content Creation Management Design and produce engaging digital assets including social media carousels short videos reels and infographics Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all content and platforms Performance Marketing Analytics Plan and manage paid marketing campaigns across Meta LinkedIn and YouTube Monitor campaign performance metrics CTR engagement conversions and optimize for improved results Social Media Brand Communication Manage the brand s digital presence and community engagement on key social channels Stay informed on emerging trends formats and innovations in digital marketing and finance content Qualifications Requirements Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications or a related field 1-3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing social media management or content creation Proficiency with design and content tools such as Canva Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Premiere Pro After Effects or equivalent Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite Google Ads and web analytics tools Strong understanding of brand communication visual design and storytelling principles Preferred Skills Prior experience in financial services fintech or investment-related marketing Ability to conceptualize and edit short-form video content Data-driven mindset with an eye for creative detail What We Offer Opportunity to be part of a growing wealthtech brand Exposure to integrated marketing content strategy and performance analytics Collaborative work environment encouraging creativity and innovation Competitive compensation package and career growth potential Job Types Full-time Freelance Contract length 12 months Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
