JOB DESCRIPTION Company Name Mahavir Marble and Granite Department Sales Location Vapi Designation Sales Officer Job Type Full time Job Level Mid-Level Industry Tiles Reporting to HOD Responsibility Area Specific Tasks Customer Handling Sales Attend to walk-in customers and inquiries Pitch and explain tile marble Granite and CP sanitary products to clients with proper product knowledge Maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business Follow up with the client regularly Sales Development Developing the relationship with the interior and architects Visit the client site If required Other required steps to develop new sales Display Showroom Management Set up and maintain product displays in the showroom Ensure product presentation is attractive and updated regularly Dispatch Delivery Planning Plan dispatch schedules with the dispatch team Support the dispatch team in ensuring timely and accurate deliveries Cross-Selling Upselling Identify opportunities to cross-sell related products Promote premium products for upselling to increase revenue Coordination Reporting Work closely with the sales and dispatch teams for smooth operations Provide daily weekly sales updates to management Job knowledge skills and experience Qualification 1-3 years of experience in sales building materials tiles marbles or related industry preferred Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Product knowledge of tiles marbles and related building materials Sales pitching and negotiation ability Ability to multitask between sales purchase coordination and dispatch Teamwork and customer-oriented mindset Tools to Use CRM Software Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Ability to commute relocate Vapi Gujarat Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Work Location In person
