We are headquartered in Singapore, but our team is remot e. R ole We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Accounts Receivable team in the NAMER time zone. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our daily finance operations, working closely with global teams and custom ers.Timing : 7.00 PM to 4.00 AM ( Monday to Friday) ons ite. What will you be - doingHandle full spectrum of Accounts Receivable func - tions.Prepare invoices and ensure that monthly services are billed to clients as per the agree - ments.Address clients inquiries promptly. Reconcile accounts receivable and generate an aging report with a detailed ana - lysis.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and collection activ - ities.Identify and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes in collaboration with the sales and customer success - teams.Collaborate with the accounting and finance and payroll teams to reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate application of pay - ments.Perform reconciliation and analysis for management repo rting. What do - we needBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (or equivalent work expe - rience).5+ years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably with exposure to global ope - rations.Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably with exposure to global ope - rations.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with global teams and cu - stomers.Strong analytical skills and attention t - o detailProficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Offic - e Excel.Experience working with NetSuite /Zendesk and online payments platform is an ad - vantage.Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effe - ctively.Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to changes in the financial la - ndscape.Able to handle a large volume of transactions and mul - ti-task.Detail-oriented, with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and de adlines.
