Join Us in Transforming Mental Healthcare We are a passionate and growing team committed to delivering high-quality evidence-based mental health services We re looking for compassionate skilled and driven psychologists to be part of our mission to transform lives through psychological care innovation and collaboration Key Responsibility- 1 Psychological Assessments Conduct comprehensive evaluations including Mental Status Examinations Personality Tests Cognitive and Neuropsychological Assessments and IQ tests Perform risk assessments and family evaluations as part of detailed case formulations 2 Treatment Interventions Design personalized treatment plans involving patients and their families Provide individual psychotherapy and cognitive-behavioral interventions Facilitate therapeutic group sessions for in-patient populations Offer psychological consultations for walk-in and follow-up patients Lead structured family therapy and psychoeducation sessions 3 Training Supervision Leadership Supervise and guide junior psychologists and trainees in clinical practices Deliver structured training on therapeutic methods clinical documentation and stress management Conduct ongoing workshops across MindPlus MindFirst and MindPlus Retreat units 4 Service Development Quality Assurance Lead initiatives to improve and innovate psychological service delivery Oversee documentation compliance and clinical performance of the psychology team Ensure adherence to accreditation standards protocols and patient safety norms 5 Documentation Compliance Maintain up-to-date records including therapy notes activity logs family communication updates and MDT reports Ensure timely and accurate documentation of assessments interventions and compliance forms What We Offer A supportive multidisciplinary work environment Regular learning and development opportunities Exposure to diverse clinical settings and therapeutic modalities Opportunities to grow into leadership and innovation roles Job Type Full-time Pay 80 000 00 - 100 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Ability to commute relocate Doraha Punjab Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Application Question s Do you have RCI license What is your Current Salary What is your Expected Salary Expected Joining Date Do you have 5 years experience after Mphil in Clinical Psychology Experience After MPhil -Clinical Psychologist 5 years Required Location Doraha Punjab Preferred Work Location In person Application Deadline 31 07 2025 Expected Start Date 01 08 2025
