Job Description

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience:
5 years of experience working with SQL Server (versions 2016, 2017, 2019, or later).
Strong hands-on experience with T-SQL, stored procedures, triggers, and functions.
Experience with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), SQL Profiler, and other SQL Server tools.
Experience in database design, normalization, and indexing strategies.
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in SQL query optimization and performance tuning.
Familiarity with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) is a plus.
Understanding of database security, backup, and recovery techniques.
Knowledge of database clustering, replication, and high-availability solutions (AlwaysOn, mirroring, etc.).
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Excellent communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented, with an ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
