Assistant Manager – Cyber Security (IAM) | 5+ Years | Bengaluru/Kolkata | Hybrid

Are you passionate about building secure digital ecosystems and implementing cutting-edge Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions? A leading global professional services firm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager in IAM to join its Cyber Security & Privacy practice.

Location: Bengaluru/Kolkata

Experience: 5+ years

Work Model: Hybrid (flexibility included)

About the Role

Join a fast-growing, high-impact cybersecurity team driving digital identity and access governance for global enterprises. This role focuses on architecting and deploying secure, scalable IAM solutions across cloud and hybrid environments. You'll lead implementation projects, shape client strategies, and guide junior team members, all while working in a people-first, innovation-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement advanced IAM solutions tailored to business needs
- Work with IAM technologies (Saviyn+Delinea+Entra, etc.)
- Lead requirements gathering and client workshops
- Drive PoCs, evaluations, and technical demos
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Participate in proposal creation and support pre-sales efforts
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, communication, and confidentiality

Skills & Experience Required

- 5+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity or IAM
- Strong understanding of:
- Identity Governance, SSO, MFA, RBAC
- Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Federation protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)
- Hands-on with Java, JavaScript, REST APIs, Python is a plus
- Client-facing experience and ability to lead IAM solution deployments
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
