Responsibilities

- Lead and facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning, system demos, and ART ceremonies to ensure seamless delivery.
- Partner with Product Managers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to define and prioritize features.
- Identify, manage, and resolve cross-team dependencies and risks.
- Ensure alignment of delivery objectives across front-to-back functions (technology, operations, and business teams).
- Drive continuous improvement in Agile maturity across teams, promoting best practices in scaling frameworks (SAFe or equivalent).
- Provide transparency into delivery status, metrics, and progress for senior stakeholders.
- Support change and release management processes for highly complex and regulated systems.

Must have Skills

- 12+ years of IT experience with at least 3-5 years as a Release Train Engineer, Program Manager, or Agile Delivery Lead.
- Proven experience in running large-scale Agile Release Trains (SAFe or equivalent).
- Exposure to highly critical financial systems (Murex experience strongly preferred, or similar trading/risk platforms).
- Strong understanding of Agile principles, program management, and scaled delivery practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
