The Architect will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the construction of building projects. Key responsibilities include creating detailed architectural designs, coordinating with clients and teams, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and managing project timelines. The role requires creative problem-solving and effective collaboration with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative and functional architectural solutions. Qualifications - Proficiency in architectural design, drafting, and construction documentation - Strong understanding of building materials, construction methods, and safety regulations - Experience with architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling tools - Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills to engage with clients and teams effectively - Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams - Attention to detail and the ability to create innovative and functional designs - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture; professional licensure is preferred - Previous experience in architectural design and project management is advantageous
