Job Title: Project Management Associate / Business Analyst – Enterprise Financial Applications (Offshore, US Time Zone) About the Role We are building a dedicated Project Management Office (PMO) within our Enterprise Financial Applications organization, which oversees multiple financial workstreams — including GL/Treasury, AP, AR, and Practice Management systems. We are seeking 2–3 highly capable Project Management Associates / Business Analysts to help us bring structure, visibility, and governance across our global program portfolio. These individuals will serve as the bridge between solution architects, business stakeholders, and leadership, ensuring every initiative/project is well-documented, properly scoped, estimated, and communicated. This is a hands-on coordination and analytical role, ideal for professionals with strong SAP exposure (preferred), excellent English communication skills, and the ability to work U.S. time zones. Key Responsibilities 1. Project Governance & Visibility - Maintain an up-to-date portfolio of all active and planned projects within financial applications. - Drive visibility into project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and risks. - Partner with architects and technical leads to define project charters, scope, estimates, and success metrics. - Ensure project estimates are complete, reviewed, and aligned with delivery expectations. - Acting as PM, Scrum Master, Project coordinators for Enterprise Finance Applications 2. Documentation & PMO Standards - Develop and maintain project documentation — including charters, requirement documents, stakeholder maps, RACI charts, timelines, and post-implementation reviews. - Enforce consistency and standardization across all projects under the PMO. - Own the documentation repository and ensure up-to-date version control. 3. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication - Act as the primary liaison between architects, business users, and leadership. - Facilitate project meetings, capture action items, and follow up on dependencies. - Communicate clearly and confidently with global stakeholders to align priorities and resolve blockers. - Support executive reporting, including weekly dashboards and status summaries. 4. Process Improvement & PMO Enablement - Support the establishment of PMO frameworks, templates, and tools. - Help design repeatable processes for project initiation, estimation, and governance. - Identify improvement areas to enhance project delivery efficiency. 5. Execution & Delivery Support - Assist in sprint or project tracking using tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or MS Project. - Coordinate testing, sign-off, and release readiness across multiple workstreams. - Collaborate closely with architects and developers to monitor project progress and report deviations. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, or related field. - 3–6 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or business analysis roles. - Strong working knowledge of SAP (Finance or Integration Projects preferred). - Experience supporting enterprise system implementations or enhancements. - Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies. - Excellent English communication and articulation skills — must be able to lead discussions with senior stakeholders confidently. - Strong analytical and documentation skills. - Ability to work U.S. time zone hours consistently (non-negotiable). - Preferred Skills - Exposure to SAP FI/CO, Central Finance, or S/4HANA programs. - Experience in cross-functional finance transformation or enterprise PMO support. - Certifications such as CAPM, Agile, or Scrum Master are a plus. - Proficiency in project tools like Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, PowerPoint, Excel, or MS Project.
