Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Python Developer with 57 years of hands-on experience in backend development and strong expertise in API design and integration. The ideal candidate should have prior experience leading client interactions, managing discussions, and gathering requirements directly from customers. This role requires a balance of technical proficiency and client-facing abilities, ensuring seamless delivery of solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable applications using Python.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs, ensuring security, performance, and scalability.
- Lead technical discussions with clients, understand business needs, and translate them into technical requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including front-end developers, QA, and DevOps for end-to-end development.
- Take ownership of modules or projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
- Document solutions, write clean, testable code, and follow best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members

Required Skills:

- Strong proficiency in Python (Flask, Django, or FastAPI frameworks preferred).
- Hands-on experience with RESTful API design and integration.
- Experience working directly with customers or stakeholders, understanding requirements, and providing solutions.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
- Good understanding of relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases.
- Experience with tools like Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI documentation.
