We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Assistant to join our team in India. This is a great opportunity for freshers/entry-level candidates to gain hands-on experience in human resources and contribute to our HR department's success.

Responsibilities

- Assist in the recruitment process including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and update databases with new hire information.
- Support the HR team in organizing training and development programs.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.).
- Help with employee onboarding processes and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and activities.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Basic understanding of labor laws and HR practices.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
