Scope of role We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in React and Node.js to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in building responsive web applications, creating user-friendly interfaces, and designing reusable components. You will work both independently and collaboratively to bring ideas to life, building user-centric, high-performance applications. Mandatory - Experience in software development using agile or DevOps methodology - 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in software development using agile or DevOps methodology - Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or relevant discipline What should you have: - Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or relevant discipline 1. Frontend & Backend Development: 2. Develop new user-facing features using React, focusing on performance, responsiveness, and usability. 3. Write, test, and integrate Node.js backend services to support frontend features. 4. Perform coding, unit testing, and integration testing, ensuring high code quality and application stability. 5. API Integration: 6. Work with RESTful APIs, handling both synchronous and asynchronous calls effectively. 7. Optimize communication between frontend and backend, handling data flow securely and efficiently. 8. UI/UX Design(Must Have): 9. Contribute to the overall web design by implementing intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces. 10. Work on creating a seamless user experience, ensuring each feature aligns with UI/UX best practices. Technical Skills: React: Expertise in creating interactive, user-facing features and reusable components. Node.js: Experience with backend development and server-side processing. RESTful APIs: Proficient in creating and consuming RESTful services, managing sync and async data flow. 1. Reusable Components & Libraries: 2. Design and develop reusable components or libraries for efficient development and easy maintenance. 3. Implement modular, maintainable code that aligns with project standards and can be reused across multiple projects. 4. Technical Proficiency: 5. Understand the HTTP protocol, client-side processing, and integration of server-side code. 6. Work within Agile or Scrum methodologies to complete tasks on schedule.
