Job Description Company Description Shanthipriya Physiotherapy, branched from River Physio in Singapore, aims to bring the high-quality care of Singapore to the people of Madurai. We manage a variety of conditions, including neurological disorders, musculoskeletal problems, work ergonomics, sports injuries, elderly care, fitness, and fat loss. As one of the largest physio clinics in Madurai, we offer well-designed, air-conditioned treatment rooms, a spacious gym, and a dedicated rehab area for patient comfort. We prioritize patient time with a promise of less than 10 minutes waiting time to see a physio in a highly populated city like Madurai. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Physiotherapist located in Madurai. The Physiotherapist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with various physical ailments and conditions. Day-to-day tasks include assessing patient conditions, creating personalized treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, and monitoring patient progress. The role also involves educating patients and their families about treatment plans and providing advice on maintaining physical health and preventing injuries. Qualifications - Expertise in diagnosing and treating neurological disorders, musculoskeletal problems, and sports injuries - Skills in developing and implementing personalized treatment plans - Experience in work ergonomics, elderly care, fitness, and fat loss programs - Strong communication skills to effectively educate patients and their families - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team - Relevant certification and licensure in physiotherapy - Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting - Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
