Quality Engineer

Job Description Responsibilities; - Develop and implement quality control systems:Design and create quality control processes, testing procedures, and inspection criteria to ensure products and processes meet required standards. - Monitor and inspect:Conduct regular audits and inspections of manufacturing processes, equipment, materials, and finished products to identify deviations. - Analyze data and root cause analysis:Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends, troubleshoot problems, and determine the root cause of defects.Implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence. - Collaborate with teams:Work with design, production, engineering, and management teams to address quality issues, integrate quality into the product lifecycle, and ensure smooth operation. - Supplier quality management:Work with suppliers to ensure raw materials and components meet the organization's quality specifications. - Documentation and reporting:Maintain accurate records of tests, inspections, and quality metrics.Prepare and present quality reports to management and other stakeholders. - Ensure compliance:Stay up-to-date with and ensure that products and processes meet all relevant industry, legal, and safety standards. - Training and support:Train other employees on quality control standards, processes, and best practices.
