Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Advertisement Sales Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Advertisement Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, maintaining client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and executing sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include networking, preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing team to align sales objectives with marketing strategies.

The purpose of this role is to achieve sales targets and generate revenues for the organization by selling advertising spaces of reputed media houses. The profile will require to build relationship, create, generate, entertain and retain new as well as existing clientele and drive revenues for the organization.

- Onboarding new clients for company services.
- Shall be responsible for sales of the media spaces.
- Shall Lead to drive growth and expansion through Commercial Initiatives, Business Strategies and Service Excellence.
- To optimize performance for the business, client servicing and sales and marketing.
- Knowing and scaling current business and constantly looking for future opportunities that can create to increase profitability.
- New Business Development, Client Servicing, Achieving Targets and building strong relationship with clients.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Sales skills
- Experience in Account Management and Business Development
- Understanding of Marketing principles and strategies
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and networking skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
